It’s amazing how what you are wearing can really set your mood for the day. I do a lot of ‘research’ for this blog, and have really noticed a trend in bright colours as we get closer and closer to spring. These are some of my favourites. What I particularly love about them is that they are the pop of colour your outfit needs to give it that happy, spring-y edge, but when styled with basics, they aren’t overpowering. What are your spring must-haves for your closet??????
Happy Wednesday Friends!!!
I haven’t ever done a post like this, but stumbled across this picture of Miranda Kerr and her little nugget and couldn’t resist.

Now I would like to say that every time I leave the house with Nugget on my hip, that I look like this but the true picture is a smidge more runaway than runway. :) That being said, I figured I could at least give it the ‘ol’ college try’ (as the Donald likes to say). So here it is: Two Pugs and A Nugget’s Gorgeous Mommy Look!

I thought it might be fun to share some of my absolute favourite, must-have beauty products with you.
I have tended to be a bit of a product slut in the past….bouncing from one product to the other, never seeing a product through to the end of it’s bottle. So believe-you-me, I have been around the block and seen a lot of lotions, toners and the like. These are the things that I have finally settled on as being the products worth the time and effort to use.
Shockingly this post is not sponsored by Clinique, but I have to say that I do love the gentleness of their skin care line. (1) Clinique Mild Facial Cleanser (2) Clinique Mild Clarifying Lotion/Toner (3) Clinique Daily Moisturizing Lotion (4) Clinique Moisture Surge Overnight Mask (5) Estee Lauder Idealist Cooling Eye Illuminator (6) Kiehl’s Microdermabrasion Scrub (7) LaRoche-Posay Effaclar Serum
When it comes to hair care, I really believe that less is more. The more product iIput in my hair, the heavier and more weighed down it gets. I swear by the Bumble and Bumble Mending line. It’s a bit pricey, but worth EVERY penny. My hair has never looked healthier.
(1) Laura Mercier Mineral Powder (2) Fresh Sugar Lipbalm (3) Dior Show Mascara (4) Maybeline Dream Bouncy Blush (5) Benefit Boi-ing Concealer (6) Essie Nail Polish in Fifth Avenue (7) Narcisco Rodriguez Perfume (8) Stila Light Eyeshadow Kit (9) Almay Eyleiner (10) Maybeline Baby Lips Lip Balm (11) MAC Highlighter
What are your absolute ‘can’t live without’ products????
